Limited Edition INDOMITUS Launch Box Avaialble

It’s getting ever close to launching and with that, we’re getting more and more details. This weekend, we’ve seen the new launch box, and some miniatures too.

It announced the Launch Box, INDOMITUS, described as the biggest and best box ever released for Warhammer 40,000.

To be fair to it, the numerous miniatures (as expected) look phenomenal. You can see more detail of each of the miniatures released in a teaser trailer released, and it certainly looks to be a hefty box. This will be a limited edition, but with a huge number of initial prints.

The box will contain 61 push-fit miniatures. These will consist of miniatures such as the Primaris Captain, Primaris Lieutenant, Primaris Chaplain, Judiciar, Bladeguard Veterans, Bladeguard Ancient, Eradicators, the Assault Intercessor Squad and the Outriders. And that’s before we even look at the Necrons!

For the Necrons, we’ve got the Overlord, Royal Warden, Plasmancer, Cryptothralls, Skorpekh Lord. Skorpeckh Destroyers, Plasmacyte, Canoptek Reanimator, Canoptek Scarab Swarms, and Necron Warriors. Whew.

The Core Book is a special edition to the Indomitus pack, with an exclusive cover. These give you everything you need to get starting, including more advanced rules, as well as fight missions for games of every size and type. It’ll also contain a new Crusade campaign system that lets your army grow in size and skill as your play goes on.

The box also contains The Edge of Silence, which is a booklet containing the datasheets, but also contains the lore of the Indomitus Box, as well as assembly guides and transfers.

There’s no word on price for these yet, or ability to pre-order, however, it has said that you’ll save over 50% on buying the contents separately, so we figure it’ll be easily over £200, though there’s nothing to confirm that as yet. The box will be out in July, and more information will be available online as it gets closer to release.
