Explore whole new lands in the Anthology book Journeys Through The Radiant Citadel

If you enjoyed anthology D&D books such as Tales from the Yawning Portal, and Candlekeep Mysteries, you'll want to pay attention to Journeys Through The Radiant Citadel, the newest D&D book providing a collection of adventures in whole new locations.

Setting it apart from similar books of its nature, it is the first from Wizards of the Coast to feature a team of writers that are wholly black or brown, with two-thirds of the artists being also POC, and half the writers being women. The idea came from Ajit George, who wrote for Van Richtens Guide to Ravenloft, who said he couldn't shake the idea when writing of "a whole book written by black and brown writers inspired by their own cultures, myths, and stories".

Inside the book, you'll find thirteen adventures, with increasing adventurer level difficulty, and a number of different flavours – it describes those such as “Salted Legacy,” presenting a comedic mystery set in a bustling night market; “Written in Blood,” the 3rd-level adventure, sending characters to investigate a farm with a terrifying haunting; and the 11th-level adventure, “Shadow of the Sun,” encouraging adventurers to choose allegiances while navigating the escalating tensions of an angel-ruled city.

The book will release on 22nd June 2022, with a cover designed by Evyn Fong, and the alternate artwork cover designed by Sija Hong. You can pre-order your copy by clicking here
