Bag a highly sought-after PSA 10 Mario Pikachu XY Japanese Pokémon card, which was released in 2016
Not had a chance to use eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee service yet, designed to protect eligible trading cards priced £500 and above? Well, this weekend could be your first chance to try out that expert verification, as eBay Live is auctioning a rare Mario Pikachu card at MCM Comic Con London.
The dedicated Pokémon collectables auction is centred around the highly sought-after PSA 10 Mario Pikachu XY Japanese Pokémon card, which was released in 2016 and is worth thousands. Released exclusively in Japan as part of a limited Pokémon x Nintendo collaboration, the full-art Mario Pikachu promo has become one of the hobby’s most sought-after cards among collectors.
The card will go to auction via eBay Live, eBay’s livestream shopping platform where viewers can watch, interact and bid on items in real time during the broadcast itself. Bidding will start at just 99p, with proceeds from the sale being donated to Barnardo’s – a UK children’s charity supporting vulnerable young people and families across the country.
