Modiphius has confirmed that it is developing a range of new games for Terry Pratchett’s Discworld, set to be launched in 2026.
Fans looking to get their Discworld fix this year have been spoiled as rotten as Foul Ole Ron’s stench! TTRPG show Discworld Live, featuring High Rollers and Andy Farrant from Oxventure, is coming to indigo at the O2 in a weeks’ time (the cast will be playing The Hogswatch adventure, just in time for the festive season).
And today Modiphius has announced that it is developing new games for Terry Pratchett’s Discworld, set to be launched in 2026.
Readers Digested will be a licenced edition of Blue Moon City, a game by Reiner Knizia, who is best known for his Eurogame titles. Designed for 2-4 players, the game has been carefully reskinned with Discworld theming and features brand-new added expansion content.
Discworld: Readers Digested will be available as a pre-order on Gamefound in the first three months of 2026.

Following a successful Kickstarter campaign (which funded with over £2.4m), a retail edition of the core rulebook for Discworld: Adventures in Ankh-Morpork will be released.
Exclusive to friendly local gaming stores, this will be a digest-sized core rulebook, as well as a Starter Set with an as-yet unpublished adventure for Adventures in Ankh-Morpork.
Discworld: Adventures in Ankh-Morpork is coming to FLGS in Q2 of 2026.
Modiphius is also planning to bring a Discworld card game to market later in 2026, titled Kill Sam Vimes. The card game drops the player’s unlucky assassins into a contract to kill the titular character, as they try not to fall foul of deadly (and hilarious) traps and tricks imagined by the Duke of Ankh.

And that’s not all – a second Discworld RPG campaign is heading our way in the final part of 2026! Building on the success of the first Kickstarter campaign, Discworld: Adventures in Lancre and Uberwald will explore Lancre (including its Witches), Uberwald and the Chalk.
Publisher of tabletop RPGs, wargames and board games, Modiphius Entertainment is known for creating authentic and immersive licensed tabletop games around global IPs, having produced award-winning games for Conan, Star Trek, John Carter of Mars, Fallout and The Elder Scrolls.
