By Train
Doncaster’s main train station is located just two miles away. A free shuttle service courtesy of Tabletop Gaming will available from the station with hours to be confirmed.
By Car
Doncaster Racecourse has excellent links to the motorway via M1 (Junction 32), M18 (Junctions 3 & 4), A1M (Junction 36) and the M62. For Sat Navs, the postcode is DN2 6BB.
3000 free parking spaces are available for visitors. Please note spaces are available on a first-served basis. Spaces are not guaranteed and cannot be pre-booked. Disabled parking is also available.
By Bus
Public buses are available, although these are not associated with Tabletop Gaming. Fares cost from £3 for a single journey and £5 return. Please visit Travel South Yorkshire for more information and plan your travel accordingly.
Tabletop Gaming Live 2026 is hosted at Doncaster Racecourse, a welcoming and inclusive venue for all guests with accessibility requirements.
Whether you’re joining us for a day or the whole weekend, we’re keen to ensure every visit is as easy as possible for all our guests and have incorporated the following accessible features:
-Designated parking close to the main entrance
-The majority of facilities are located at ground level
-Large lifts to all floors
-Accessible toilet facilities throughout the venue
-Induction loop in the main reception
-Part of the Radar National Key Scheme (NKS)
Mobility scooters and chairs are welcome at the venue; we just ask operators to be mindful of other visitors when moving around the site. Assistance dogs are also welcome; however, they must be kept on a lead at all times.
Racecourse staff are on hand to offer any assistance, help and advice you need - before, during and after your race day. If assistance is required on the day, please make yourself known to a member of our stewarding or security team, and someone from Doncaster Racecourse will come to your location. We can accommodate any stand size for any budget, starting from a 2m x 2m. Stands are charged at £35m².
Tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Once purchased, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tickets attached. Please bring these with you (either printed or on your phone), as we’ll scan your QR code at the entrance.
Yes, we have on-site food catering. A food court will be available with a variety of options, including choices that cater to different dietary needs.
Open gaming will be available until 10 PM on Saturday, and it will run right up until closing time on Sunday. There will also be an on-site bar so you can grab drinks while you play.
Yes! There will be fun for all ages. Children under 10s go free, while children aged 11–17 require a ticket (£10 for a day, £15 for the weekend). We also have a dedicated Family Zone with activities to keep everyone entertained.
