And the award for longest title goes to...

My Little Pong: Tales of Equestria somewhat surprised us when it released, as it was a solid entry into the RPG world, and fantastic for bringing children into a familiar setting and RPG. We reviewed it at the time, and since then there have been various additions to it to expand the game, and now we have a further addition, in My Little Pony: Tails of Equestria- The Curious Case of the Malfunctioning P.R.A.N.C.E.R (Prancer), by Riverhorse Games.

“Can you read a map, win a court case, tend a store, bake a cake, travel through time, and make new friends?”, well we’ll find out in this! Prancer is an anthology that includes six adventures to include the above. These are designed to challenge the players thinking, but are shorter adventures, which can be played in an afternoon.

There’ll be a lot to see, as you’ll be heading from “From magic shows in Las Pegasus to the Grand Galloping Gala in Canterlot, to Sugarcube Corner in Ponyville”, making friends in numerous locations.

There’s no word on age or time, however, we’d probably expect this to be suitable for those around eight and over. You can download these as a PDF of 66 pages, at a cost (currently) of $12.99 9 (with RRP $15.99), or as a physical copy on Riverhorse’s site for £12.99. It’s site also holds an interview with the writer of The Curious Case of the Malfunctioning P.R.A.N.C.E.R if you’re interested in more details.

Content continues after advertisements

Riverhorse itself says its making “baby steps” towards re-opening its offices, anticipating this will be in July, though it continues to release games where possible.
