The 25th Mindsport Olympiad is open for registrations

The Mindsport Olympiad returns again this year with an online event for competitive gamers. You can register here and also take a look at the schedule.

The event takes place online from 13th August to 5th September, and is totally free to enter.

In its 25th year, the Mindsport Olympiad is a festival of competitive gaming – blending everything from backgammon and poker to Catan and Dominion.

The line up of games on offer this year includes Lost Ruins of Arnak, Tank, Tumbleweed, and Res Arcana – along with the titans of the hobby and gaming world like Dominion and Catan.

Last year’s show was the biggest ever with 5,884 unique competitors from 106 countries.

At the end of the event, the top five scores from separate events are combined to crown a new crop of gaming royalty for the year with the Pentamind World Champion, the Eurogames World Champion, Modern Abstract Games World Champion and the Amateur Poker World Champion.
