Plus a Virtual Booth!

HeidelBÄR Games are offering an exclusive Exclusive 3D Virtual Booth, which will be by HeidelBÄR Games, CGE and Horrible Guild to let you meet game designers, publishers, and gamers in a fascinating virtual environment. It'll only be available for certain times - Friday, October 23rd between 16.00 – 22.00 (CEST / UTC+2) and Saturday, October 24th between 16.00 – 22.00 (CEST / UTC+2).

It sounds suitably epic, when you also consider that they've given a glimpse of some new games for this year too, notably Anansi and Coyote, which are produced in metallic (copper and magenta) colours, in a high quality card and box.

Anasi is a trick-taking card game by Cyril Blondel and Jim Dratwa, where you'll have to be smart about which tricks you're aiming for! The tricks are stories, which you'll try to match to followers to inspire them. Doing so will gain you the trickster's favour, plus bonus points! Plus, it promises to be a good looking game, with high-quality components and artistry. This is within the series that started with Spicy.

It's a game for 3-5 players for 30 minutes, suitable for ages ten and over (and of course will be available in the English language) and although there's no GBP price yet, it's confirmed to be €14.95.

Coyote is also within the Spicy series of games, and similarly a card game. This one, however, is more a bluffing game. You'll be able to see the cards of others, but not your own, and must on your turn, announce a number that is less than the total of all the cards in the game, increasing the previous number, or challenge the previous number. When cards are revealed, you'll find out who has the Coyote on their side!

Once more, there's an emphasis on the artistry of this game, with the cover by Zona Evon Shroyer (Yupik Alaskan Native). This is again for 3-5 players, taking around 20 minutes to play, for ages 10 and over, and price is currently €14.95.

There is of course, more to see and more to come, as you can pop into their virtual stall, or see any of their streams, with more details on their SPIEL.digital page.
