Planes, Trains and Automobiles headed for Destination Fun in a new bundle

It’s a little late to make for Christmas playing alongside the movie, but AEG has announced that it will bundle its Planes, Trains and Automobiles titles in a single box planned for release early next year.

The games – which are completely unrelated to the classic 1987 Steve Martin movie, we should add – make up publisher AEG’s ‘Destination Fun’ series, and will be collected under that moniker in the new boxset.

Each game will also include one expansion: Coastal Tides for Trains, Round Trip for Planes, and Automobiles’ Racing Season add-on.

The expansions add a variety of new cards, tokens and game boards, with Coastal Tides specifically expanding support for two-player gameplay and Racing Season adding unique rules to allow an entire season of racing to be played.

Destination Fun: Combo Pack is planned for release in the first quarter of 2017, and will be priced at $80 (£64) in the US.
